1.4.1.1.2.  System info/support and support tools via Freshdesk

The support mailbox has switched to the Freshdesk ticket system. All support requests are forwarded to Freshdesk, where you can also upload the corresponding files.

  1. Click on System info/Support or F7 in the Help menu [Help].

    -> The dialog window PARTsolutions Systeminfo - PARTsolutions by CADENAS [PARTsolutions system info - PARTsolutions by CADENAS] opens.

  2. Click on the Support request [Request Support] button.

    -> A query appears asking whether additional information should be retrieved. As a rule, this is required, so click Yes.

    -> You will receive a confirmation that the file cns_support.zip has been placed on the desktop.

  3. Confirm with OK.

    -> The website cadenas.freshdesk.com opens.

  4. Click on Attachment, select the file cns_support.zip in the Explorer window and complete the form.

  5. Finally, click on Send [Submit].
