5.9.2.3.1.  Variables without list selection in vertical table

This option allows you to explicitly exclude variables for the list selection, such as feature algorithms or fixed variables (e.g. weights, if filtering such parameters does not make sense).

You can easily set the list selection for all variables of a catalog or project via the variable management [Variable Management].

Right-click on a catalog or project > Automation > Manage variables to open the dialog box. There you can select the checkbox in the Without list selection in vertical table column. The variable is transferred to the Variables without list selection in vertical table field on the General tabbed page when you click on Apply and OK.

[Note]Note

As the name of the line is very long, most of it is hidden. You can see the entire name as a tooltip via mouseover.

→ The Variable list dialog box opens.

  2. Activate the checkbox for all desired variables and then confirm with OK.

→ The list field selection is now deactivated for the specific variables.

[Note]Note

In V11, the list field selection was always deactivated for calculated variables.

[Note]Note

Please note the following for the product key in particular:

The list field selection only reflects keys on the basis of currently set values. However, a huge number of possible combinations would be theoretically possible. Compare Section 5.12.3.6.10, “Classification according to CNSORDERNO / CNSTYPECODE ”.
